HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?
You can make a booking on Calendly through the booking links provided on the Social Media page of this website. The session will be held virtually on Google Meet and links will be provided to you. You can also e-mail Matanna to enquire about an in person meeting if you are based in Cape Town, South Africa.
DO I NEED TO PREPARE ANYTHING PRIOR TO OUR SESSION?
When you make a booking on Calendly through the booking links provided, an information prompt will ask you to please send your Instagram handle and more information about your business and what you are struggling with. Other than that, you do not need to prepare anything prior, as the work will be done during the session together.
HOW DO I PAY FOR THIS SESSION?
When you make a booking on Calendly through the booking links provided, it will take you through the payment process provided by Paypal. Alternatively you can e-mail Matanna for a tailor made quote and you can do an EFT once the invoice has been approved. Please note that all sessions are paid for in full when the booking is made and are non-refundable.
CAN I CHANGE MY BOOKING SLOT?
Yes, you can request to move out your session to a new time slot, which will need to be utilized within a 2 month time period by e-mailing Matanna on matannakatz@gmail.com .
CAN I RECORD THIS SESSION?
Yes, you can record your session. However, please note that all creative consultancy and brand strategy sessions provided by Matanna Katz is © Copyright 2022 Matanna Katz and Ethereal Bound Journal | All Rights Reserved. The phrases and circumstances of this Agreement are completely confidential between the parties and shall not be disclosed to anybody else. Any disclosure in violation shall be deemed a breach of this Agreement.
